What does it mean to take care of yourself? A reflection on quitting, ghosts, and finding a kind of happiness within the cracks of capitalism. This work has been inspired by youth survey responses on mental health that considered the participants’ relationships with apathy and loss of motivation, as well as the artist’s own experiences.
